STAGE 1 : Define Your Brand


It starts with consultancy on your authenticity, the core purpose, vision, mission, position, values and character.  Focus on what you do best and then communicated your brand inimitable strengths through consistency. The goal of this stage is to conduct meetings with the client to gather, sort and categorize all information relative to problems. Our team works with the client to immerse ourselves within the project and brand. Alan has more than 10 years of working experience in the regional pharmaceutical/ healthcare sales and marketing field, holding positions progressively from junior to senior management levels for both the distributors and suppliers’ regional offices in Singapore. Being in a Managerial position his key role is to manage people and business to achieve the goals set by the organization. Coaching & mentoring and motivating people became his main daily task when he was in senior management.


During his managerial position, Alan conducted various in-house trainings for the company’s staff in Malaysia, Singapore and Australia. The focus of training includes Strategic Selling Skills, Negotiate Like A Pro, Exceptional Customer Service, Key Account Management, Fundamentals of Marketing, Marketing Plan and Strategies of Winning the Marketing War together with various team building and soft skills.

He then left the Pharmaceutical Industries in 1998 to be an entrepreneur himself. He went on to set up his own business in computer training. The business enjoyed great success and fetched a good price in the market.


Since 2006, he has specialized in soft skills training, team building, corporate branding and business consulting. His vision is to provide top notch human performance through interactive experiential training.


To date, Alan has successfully carry out training programmes for clients such as MEPS, UOB Bank, Public Investment Bank, Bangkok Bank, UMW, Carrefour, Mesiniaga, KPJ Selangor, Takaful Malaysia and many more.


Alan’s passion for sharing his knowledge as well as his love for training and branding has driven him to continue contributing his skills to help upgrade the skills of service professional in various industries through his seminars, workshops and sessions. Being the inspirational founder, Alan had designed and pioneered various experiential and thematic based programs in the industry such as the ‘Personal Branding Workshop’, ‘BOSS Entrepreneur Workshop’ and many more.


In the field of branding he had conducted numerous branding, re-branding and brand enhancement excercises for companies such as the BONIA Group, UMW, Sunsuria and Nippon Express, to name a few
