Alan has more than 10 years of working experience in the regional pharmaceutical/ healthcare sales and marketing field, holding positions progressively from junior to senior management levels for both the distributors and suppliers’ regional offices in Singapore. Being in a Managerial position his key role is to manage people and business to achieve the goals set by the organization. Coaching & mentoring and motivating people became his main daily task when he was in senior management.
During his managerial position, Alan conducted various in-house trainings for the company’s staff in Malaysia, Singapore and Australia. The focus of training includes Strategic Selling Skills, Negotiate Like A Pro, Exceptional Customer Service, Key Account Management, Fundamentals of Marketing, Marketing Plan and Strategies of Winning the Marketing War together with various team building and soft skills.
